Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room I stayed in was small and noisy but somewhat dated. It was also very hot due to its location above a terrace, making it loud. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and professional, with a great service attitude. The location was good, convenient on the main street. Sadly, the dining experience was not great, with limited options and an extra charge for a basic breakfast. However, the adjacent cafe made up for it. Overall, a place with ups and downs but served its purpose well.
The hotel looks good in pictures, but there are neglected areas that need some TLC. The rooms were very clean, but they need warming up as the heating was not ideal.
The hotel has a wonderful location with central access to various amenities. The rooms, although appearing good in pictures, need refurbishing and lack space for storage. The service was inconsistent with delays in communication. The dining options were limited and not readily available. The hotel is noisy due to its location beside a pub.
The hotel offered a very basic room for the night, with limited comfort and stuffy atmosphere due to the small window opening only 6 inches. On the positive side, the room was well laid out and spacious for two people, and there were onsite amenities available.
The hotel provided a cozy room that was well laid out, with plenty of space for the two of us, although it needed warming up due to the heating issue. While it was fine for a one-night stay, I wouldn't prefer an extended stay as it was very small and lacked some basic amenities. The hotel's exterior is not the most attractive we have seen, but it served its purpose effectively.
The hotel seemed promising in pictures, but my stay revealed neglected areas and an uncomfortably hot room overnight. Yet, there was a leaking shower screen. The service was warm and welcoming, although my order was delayed due to other priorities which resulted in a deduction for the inconvenience. The central location was the best part of my experience, being on the main street for the job I was on. The dining options were lacking, with poor-quality offerings only available after 9 am. Overall, the hotel provides a great location and service, but improvements are needed in room maintenance and dining experience.
